1. Complete the online application and pay the $200 non-refundable application fee. The Online application will be made available once the application period opens.

2. Interviews (only for applicants with complete documents, see below*)

3. Admissions will contact families with their interview time and location.  The required documents for an interview to be scheduled are:

   1. Completed Application

   2. Application Fee Paid 

   3. Most Recent Report card

   4. Standardized Test Scores from the Previous 2 years (We do not accept CAT testing)

4. Following interviews, a review of all applicants will begin. Upon acceptance, additional documents required include: 

   1. School Transcript or Final Report Card

   2. EOG or Standardized Test Scores

   3. Pastoral Recommendation

   4. Statement of Cooperation 

   5. Statement of Financial Cooperation 

   6. Immunization Records 

   7. An original certified birth certificate (will be returned). Copies are not accepted.

 

Interviews: Scheduled interviews give the admissions team and families an opportunity to meet.  Applicants will meet with the team and later be joined by the family.  

* Students may be asked to produce placement/diagnostic tests scores or to take an academic placement test if needed.
