Admissions Process & Application Requirements

We’re excited about your interest in Lee Park Preparatory School! Before beginning your application, here are a few key details to keep in mind.

Application Requirements

To apply, families must provide:

• Personal Information – Legal names, addresses, and contact details.

• Church Information – Current church membership and pastor’s name.

• Letter of Recommendation – A letter from your pastor (or youth pastor) confirming your good standing with the church.

• Faith Commitment – At least one (preferably both) parent/legal guardian must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

• Parent Questionnaire – A short questionnaire included in the application.

• Academic Records – The most recent report card and standardized test scores from the past two years. (We do not accept CAT testing.)

• Application Fee – A non-refundable $250 fee is required with each application.

How to Apply

Applying online is quick and easy! Simply Create an Account on FACTS SIS to get started. You’ll receive a verification email, and once confirmed, you can begin filling out your child’s application. You’ll also be able to track your progress, upload documents, and check your admissions status. The online application will be available once the application period opens.

Interviews & Admission Review

Once all required documents are submitted, eligible applicants will be contacted by the admissions office to schedule an interview. Interviews provide an opportunity for families and students to meet with the admissions team. The student will meet with the team first, followed by a family discussion.

Required Documents for an Interview:

• Completed Application

• Application Fee Paid

• Most Recent Report Card

• Standardized Test Scores from the Previous Two Years (We do not accept CAT testing)

Following interviews, the admissions team will review all applicants. Upon acceptance, additional required documents include:

• School Transcript or Final Report Card

• EOG or Standardized Test Scores

• Pastoral Recommendation

• Statement of Cooperation

• Statement of Financial Cooperation

• Immunization Records
