Academics
Rooted in Truth. Committed to Excellence.
At Lee Park Preparatory, academic instruction flows from a commitment to a Biblical worldview, a pursuit of excellence in education, and a desire to prepare students for life and godliness.
Our Academic Philosophy
As a ministry of Lee Park Church, we believe that the Bible is the ultimate source of truth and the foundation for all knowledge. Every subject and lesson is taught in light of Scripture to shape the hearts and minds of our students in the image of Christ.
We aim to develop students in four primary areas:
1. Spiritual Development
Bible classes, weekly chapel, daily prayer, Scripture reading, and mentorship.
-
Emphasis on Christian character, church involvement, and personal discipleship.
2. Mental Development
-
Rigorous academic curriculum including math, science, history, and language arts.
-
Strong emphasis on mastery, critical thinking, and continual improvement through testing and feedback.
Physical Development
-
Physical education and competitive athletics designed to promote healthy habits and teamwork.
-
Emphasis on character, self-discipline, and honoring the body as God’s temple.
Social Development
-
Opportunities for students to engage in community missions, drama, music, sports, and school events.
-
Focus on kindness, cooperation, service, and friendship among students and families.

A Biblical Worldview
At Lee Park Preparatory, we teach from a Biblical worldview, meaning we view all of life through the lens of Scripture. We believe:
-
God exists and is the center of all things.
-
God created the world and everything in it. To understand creation fully, one must understand the Creator.
-
Human beings are made in the image of God, giving every person intrinsic value and divine purpose.
-
Truth and morality come from God and are revealed through the Bible, which is our absolute standard for right and wrong.
-
God loves and cares for humanity, and His desire is for relationship with us.
-
People are accountable to God for how they live and steward His creation.
-
Each soul is eternal and will one day stand before God for judgment.
This worldview contrasts with a secular perspective, which teaches that:
-
God does not exist, and man is the center of all things.
-
The universe came into being by random chance, without a designer.
-
There is no ultimate purpose for human life.
-
Morality is relative and based on individual or societal desires.
-
Human life is governed by survival of the fittest.
-
There is no final accountability or judgment after death.
-
Death is simply the end of existence.
At Lee Park Prep, we intentionally teach students to see the world through God’s unchanging truth rather than shifting cultural values. Our educators model and affirm this Biblical worldview in both belief and practice.

A Note on Tuition and Ministry Partnership
Lee Park Preparatory is a ministry of Lee Park Church. Tuition and fees do not fully cover the cost of operation. Lee Park Church supports this school as it does all its ministries. As such, students and families are expected to reflect Christ in conduct and character both on and off campus.
School History
Early 2019:
Pastor Chris Justice held the first planning meeting for Lee Park Preparatory, following the Lord’s lead to begin a new discipleship-centered school ministry.
2019–2020
Lee Park Preparatory officially opened with the full support of Lee Park Church as a Covenant School, serving 35 students in grades 8–12. Pastor Chris Justice served as the first Head of School.
2020–2021
Dr. Landon Keziah became Head of School, and Ms. Caroline Justice joined the leadership team as Middle School Principal.
2023–2024
Enrollment reached 200 students for the first time. Mrs. Kinsey Rhoden became High School Principal, and new directors were added to lead guidance, athletics, and school improvement efforts. The school earned full accreditation from the Association of Christian Teachers and Schools (ACTS), the National Council of Private Schools (NCPSA), and Cognia.
2024-2025
The school continued to experience growth, and with prayerful consideration, Head of School Dr. Landon Keziah—supported by Senior Pastor Chris Justice—initiated plans to launch an elementary division beginning in the 2025–2026 academic year, starting with grades 3–5. To lead this expansion, Mrs. Leah Jowers was hired as the Elementary Principal.
